ALL Convenient Care was established to meet the needs of the community while on the go. This organization was founded on reducing emergency room and urgent care visits. We also take it a step further, providing acute care services to patients being discharged from the hospital reducing re-hospitalization. Patient and family have direct access to their Nurse Practitioner who is experienced, and capable of assessing, prescribing, treating, the patient while collaborating with care providers for individualized care.
