Avril was born and raised in Bellflower California. Her journey as a medical professional started in 2006 from an Level 2 Trauma Center ER charge nurse to an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Working closely with the community, she felt a divine pull to leave the ER to become an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN). After 14 years of emergency medicine, Avril is certified as an Adult Gerontology, Transitional Care and Urgent Care NP. She also has experience in intensive care management and is a Wound Care Specialist.
Outside of providing medical care, Avril's involvement in her local church, leading a women's Bible study, and participating in ministry outreach highlights her passion for community service and family connections. Mrs. Delgardo is a proud wife and mother of three children. She has also been blessed with two grandchildren and looking forward to expanding her family in the near future!
Avril Delgardo's love for nursing and passion for making a difference led to the establishment of ALL Convenient Care Concierge Clinic. Her commitment is to ensure that quality healthcare is accessible, especially for those facing challenges in reaching the clinic, reinforcing her dedication to helping individuals achieve better lives through improved health.
Dipankar (Dee) Ghosh, DO

Dipankar (Dee) Ghosh, DO is a Board Certified Internist currently practicing in Oakland, California. Dr. Ghosh was educated at Touro University and completed his residency at Alameda County Medical Center, a University of California San Francisco affiliate. In addition to clinical practice, he is a seasoned Medical Director and has
provided leadership in several settings including an urgent care, a large multi-disciplinary clinic, and a mobile clinic providing services for unhoused patients. His personal interests include spending time with his family and several pets, traveling to destinations far and wide, and cooking.
