- Unused IV’s and injections will remain active for use within three months of the payment date.
- Membership savings cannot be combined with any other offers or Happy Hour specials.
- Your monthly membership fee will be automatically drafted from your debit or credit card on the 1st of each month for the term of the contract.
- Membership benefits may not be shared or transferred to any other person.
- If your monthly payment fails, your account will have an outstanding balance, and benefits will be suspended until the balance is paid.
- Memberships may be placed on a suspension (minimum of one month) for any circumstance as long as the member gives ACC a minimum of a week’s notice prior to the next scheduled payment. The membership may be resumed at a date specified by the member.
- After the initial term of membership (3, 6, or 12 months), Membership auto-renews with the initial term agreement, unless canceled at least 30 days before the end of membership.
*Either party can cancel at any time after the initial term by giving a 30-day written notice to the other party.

We are sad to see you go. As long as you meet the 3, 6, or 12 month minimum requirement, you can cancel your membership by doing the following:

Once you email us letting us know you are cancelling your Membership Plan, we will remove you from the membership auto renew and your plan will deactivate the following month.
*You can use your remaining treatments per that month until your account automatically closes at the end of your current billing period.
